A Message from Jonathan Bernstein
On the occasion of the New Year and Bernstein Crisis Management’s 26th anniversary, I’m pleased and proud to announce that Colorado-based Erik Bernstein is assuming the title of President. Going forward, I will use the title Chairman & Founder.
Concurrently, the new legal and corporate HQ for Bernstein Crisis Management has been moved to Colorado.
The only effect on our clients will be a change in our billing address and bank.
For now, please join me in congratulating Erik on his promotion! I’m still directly serving client needs, but he will be taking more and more responsibility for determining the future of the company.
First, I want to thank all of our readers, colleagues, and many supporters among clients, friends, family, and others we've met along the way. May you all enjoy a happy and prosperous 2020. We couldn't do what we do without you, and we appreciate you being in our lives. Most of all a thank you to Jonathan Bernstein, my father, my mentor, and of course the reason Bernstein Crisis Management exists at all. It's been a road well traveled together, and I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
Though I didn't know it at the time, I was extremely fortunate to grow up seeing and hearing crisis management in action. Witnessing the intense phone calls and sudden flurries of research or writing as my dad responded to client needs always intrigued me, and that interest would eventually become both a passion and a career. Now, decades later, I'm proud to take the helm of Bernstein Crisis Management. It's a new year and we have some changes, but the one thing that will never waver is the level of crisis expertise and executive-level service you can expect from BCM. We have some new content in the pipeline and are cooking up a couple of special offers for readers too! Stay tuned and, as always, if you'd like to reach out, we're here to talk.

What are the criteria that might indicate this not-so-enviable duty is headed towards your to-do list, and what can a CEO who recognizes things are turning sour do to fix it quick? [Read More]
